March Favourites

Hello everyone,
so March is over, April has started, it is crazy how fast time flies by!
Today I will show you a few things I loved this past month.

First this sleeveless flannel shirt from H&M, I think I wore it like crazy. It is just an unusual colour for me but I really enjoy wearing it.

I finally bought a Gel Eyeliner. I took me sooo long to finally use it, because I always thought it would be way to hard to use, but it is actually really easy. I draw the line with the left end of this little eyeliner brush.
Then I also bought a new BB Cream from Essence. At first I didn't like it, but after using it for a few time I love it.
I wore those bracelets a lot in March. I made the one with the colourful pearls on my own, got the orange one from my boy and the brown/orange one with the pearls is from Namibia.

The Eduscho Gala Nr. 1 Coffee! It's not that I started drinking it in March, but I realised how much I enjoy my two "coffeetimes" everyday.
Right now I don't eat chocolate or a lot of sweets, because it is fasting period. The only sweets I eat are Skittles from time to time!
Last but not least those two candles. They are from IKEA and are the perfect spring scents: Lavender and lilac! Amazing!

What were you loving this past month?

The Liebster Award

Hello everyone,
So I got tagged twice by Rebel and Rosa to make this tag. Thank you very much!

The Official Rules of The Liebster Award
If you have been nominated for The Liebster Award and you choose to accept it, write a blog post about the Liebster award in which you:

1- Thank the person who nominated you, and post a link to their blog on your blog.
2- Display the award on your blog — by including it in your post and/or displaying it using a “widget” or a “gadget”.

6- Create a list of questions for the blogger to answer.
7 – List these rules in your post. (You can copy and paste them from here.)
Once you have written your post, and published it, you then have to:
Inform the people/blogs that you nominated that they have been nominated for the Liebster award and provide a link for them to your post so that they can learn about it (they might not have ever heard of it!)

H&M (Spring) Wishlist #2

Hello everyone!
I'm sick again and I have to lay in bed all day. The perfect time to browse on the internet and see whats new in stores.
And of course H&M is always a must:

Those 2 dresses are perfect for spring, light and colourful!

Loafers are on my wishlist for so long, but I haven't found the perfect pair yet. Just like a pair of lace shoes.

Flowy tops, perfect for spring and summer. In pink which is a bit unusual for me and black and white, which is on trend.
Black and white flowy pants. I already wanted to buy a pair of those pants in spain last year, but they did not have my size, so this summer it is s must-have for me!

What is on your whishlist right now?
(all photos are from the H&M website)

The Seven Deadly Sins of Beauty TAG

Hello everyone!
I was tagged once again by the amazing Rebel to make "The Seven Deadly Sins of Beauty TAG". So here it is:

Greed: What’s your most expensive beauty item?
My most expensive beauty item it definitely my Marc Jacobs "Dot" Perfume... if you can count a perfume as a beauty item. If not then my most expensive things are my Body Shop Body Butters.

Wrath: What item do you have a strong love/hate relationship with?
Tinted Moisturiser. On a normal day I love them. It is a 2 in 1 product for me and I usually don't need more coverage. But there are those days when none of my Tinted Moisturiser seem to "hold" on to my face, they just peel right off again. I don't know why but this has never happened to me with normal liquid foundation.

Gluttony: What brand takes up most of your collection?
Balea or Essence. I know, 2 of the cheapest brands, but they work for me.

Sloth: What product do you ignore the most due to laziness?
I would say Highlighter. That is the last step when I put on makeup and I normally skip it, because I don't have time or patience.

Pride: Which product gives you the most confidence?
Mascara. It just makes me look awake and not so young! Oh and the Lipstick from my last post.

Lust: What item is at the top of your list?
There are actually many. I would love some MAC Lipsticks, a Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser, etc...

Envy: Which makeup product/look looks great on others but not on you?
Eyeshadow. I don't know what it is but no matter what colour I use it always makes me look sick so I never really wear eyeshadow.

Chicken-Vegetable-Wok

 Hello everyone!
I'm a massive fan of cooking with our Wok. It is so easy and delicious. You basically just throw everything in and in the end you have a fabulous meal.
We mostly make it with chicken and lots of veggies. As a side dish we make rice, couscous or (just like this time) wok noodles.
So here we go, for this dish you will need:

  • Veggies of your choice (we used this time Bell Peppers, Onion, Cabbage, Carrots, Garlic and Sweet Corn), you can use basically everything you like
  • Chicken Breast
  • Wok Noodles
  • Soy Sauce
  • Peanut Butter
  • Red Curry Paste
  • Pepper
  • Water and Milk

First you cut your chicken breast into small pieces and put it in a bowl. Then put Soy Sauce and Red Curry Paste in, mix everything together and let it rest as long as possible.

In the meanwhile chop up your veggies into small pieces...

 ... and cook you noodles.

Then you can heat up your Wok and put a little bit of vegetable oil in. When it is hot you can put the chicken in.

When is starts getting brown and crunchy I like to put peanut butter in, but just half a table spoon.
After the meat is done, put it out into a bowl and let it rest.

Now it is time for you veggies. I started with the carrots (because they take the longest) and then one after the other I put the rest in.

When the veggies are nearly done, I put the chicken and the sweetcorn back in and mix it all together. I season it with soy sauce, pepper and curry powder.

In the end it is time for the noodles. Again mix everything together. Then I like to have a bit of a sauce so i just put water and a bit of milk in. Let it cook for some more minutes and then.... enjoy!
