Home-made Paella

This weekend I'm home at my parents house and we decided to cook a paella. We make it about 1 to 2 times a year and invite a bunch of friends to come over and enjoy it with us.

We make it in the garden on a campfire.

It is a delicious mix out of rice, red and yellow bell peppers, onions, peas, shrimps and other seafood like mussels.

We ate it with the first salad of the season that grows in our garden.



  1. The Paella looks soo yummy! I bet it comes out way better on the campfire than on the stovetop.

    1. Yes is does, although making it on the campfire is much more work! :)
