Baked Oats

I found my new favourite breakfast/lunch/dinner/dessert, and it is so easy to make!
You need:
  • an oven- safe pan/bowl
  • milk
  • butter 
  • vanilla sugar
  • honey/sugar
  • oats
  • baking powder
  • topping: applesauce, fruits, yogurt etc.
Fill  the pan 3/4 full with milk, put half a tsp butter in it, as well as a bit of vanilla sugar and half a tsp of sugar or honey. Heat it up in the microwave until the butter is melted. Then mix in the oats, so that it is half filled up with them. In the end put half a tsp of baking powder in it (it will start bubbling!) and stir it a bit.
Put it into the oven at 180°C for about 25 to 30 minutes.

I always eat it when it is still warm. It tastes delicious with applesauce on top, but you can also enjoy it with fruits, yogurt or Nutella!

Hiking Day

I was home at my parents house this last weekend and on sunday we decided to go hiking.
I was a really nice and hot day. Most of the time we walked in the wood next to a small creek until we finally made it up to the Alp.

Pasta with Salmon

 

That is probably my favourite Pasta in the whole world. It is delicious and so easy.
You need for 2 portions:
  • 1 leek
  • 1 onion
  • smoked salmon
  • milk
  • salt and pepper
  • pasta
Chop the leek and the onion into small pieces and fry it in a pan. Then mix the salmon in (again small pieces) and fry a bit longer. Then you can make the pasta according to the recipe.
When everything is fried mix the salmon and leek with the milk. Put salt and pepper in and if you want it to be richer mix a bit of the pasta water in.

When the pasta is done mix everything together and enjoy. 
(If you want to make a few more portions, you could mix a piece of frozen salmon in and fry it as well to make more sauce.)

It's Sushi Time

 Sushi is one of my favourite dishes. We go out and eat running Sushi a few times a year, but it is a bit expensive. So from time to time we make it on our own. I'm not really good in making the rolls, they are not perfectly round, but for me it is all about the taste. And I personally LOVE them.
They are filled with Salmon, Cucumbers, Carrots, Rice and Wasabi.


A drop of Soy Sauce and extra Wasabi on top and they are ready to enjoy!

May Favourites

Omg. This month past by so fast and it is already June!!
So here are some things I loved in May:

I bought a "treat" for my hair, it is the Balea Feuchtigkeitshaarmilch, so a hydration milk i put in my wet hair after washing it and leave it in. It makes the hair really soft and easy to brush.
Then I found this Balea Creme-Öl Dusch Peeling in India Chai, probably the best Peeling I ever tried, it has an amazing smell and the size of the peeling-"pearls" is just perfect.

Then I won this amazing perfume on This blog, thanks again, I just love the smell!

I finally finished reading "The Swarm" and I must say, this is one of the best books I ever read.

This month so many of my favourite TV- Show Seasons ended, just like Hart of Dixie, 2 Broke Girls, Elementary, etc. So now I need some new one to watch now, any suggestions?

I really started to enjoy working out again, cause I'm really looking forward to my trip to Spain in July.
