I love "good old traditional Austrian" food. Just like the "Käsespätzle", spätzle noodles with cheese, a lot of cheese.
This time we made them the easy way: we bought the pre- cooked noodles!
You just have to fry them in a pan with some onions until the are a bit brown.
The you put salt, pepper and a lot of cheese in the pan.
After a few minutes they are done, and so delicious. I love to eat them with cranberry sauce, yum!
