I'm not a person who likes to eat a lot in the evening. I hate it when I lay in bed and I'm stuffed with food. For me my main meals are breakfast and lunch. So I personally prefer to eat light things for dinner. Right now I love a good old muesli with banana, granola, chia seeds, flax seeds and vanilla yogurt (lactose free for me).
